Replacement Claim 

1. Eligibility for Replacement

You may request a replacement if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • The wrong product was shipped.
  • The product does not match the description or specifications.

2. Conditions for Replacement

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
  • Proof of purchase and product images must be provided for verification.

3. Process for Replacement Claim

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@vistawooddecor.com with your order details and issue description.
  2. Our team will verify the claim and approve/reject the request.
  3. If approved, the defective product must be returned to our facility.
  4. Once received and inspected, a replacement will be shipped within 7 business days.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Minor color variations due to screen differences.
  • Damage caused by improper handling or installation.
  • Products used beyond normal wear and tear.

5. Shipping Costs for Replacement

  • If the issue is due to our fault, we bear the shipping cost.
  • If the issue is due to customer error, the customer bears the shipping cost.
