Replacement Claim
1. Eligibility for Replacement
You may request a replacement if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The wrong product was shipped.
- The product does not match the description or specifications.
2. Conditions for Replacement
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
- Proof of purchase and product images must be provided for verification.
3. Process for Replacement Claim

- Our team will verify the claim and approve/reject the request.
- If approved, the defective product must be returned to our facility.
- Once received and inspected, a replacement will be shipped within 7 business days.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
- Minor color variations due to screen differences.
- Damage caused by improper handling or installation.
- Products used beyond normal wear and tear.
5. Shipping Costs for Replacement
- If the issue is due to our fault, we bear the shipping cost.
- If the issue is due to customer error, the customer bears the shipping cost.
